Who we are

PLATED is a streetwear label operating wearplated.com. For anything related to your data, contact us at management@wearplated.com.

What we collect

• Waitlist: your email address, when you join the waitlist yourself.
• Orders: when our store is live and you buy something — your email, chosen size, and shipping details, so we can fulfil the order. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Usage: anonymous, cookieless page analytics (Vercel Analytics). We do not use tracking cookies or sell ads.

How we use it

To send you drop announcements and waitlist updates you signed up for, and to fulfil orders. Nothing else. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Where it lives

Data is stored and processed by our service providers: Neon (database), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting and analytics). Each processes data only on our behalf.

Your rights

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time — email management@wearplated.com and we will action it within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with an updated date.
